Water Leak in Shower Room

Slow and Useless Administration Office

Shower became useless

On April 16

One day I found the shower was useless.

The water was very weak. 

It was for washing your feet with your clothes on.

And the second discovery: the stain of leakage on the ceiling of the shower room.

I contacted the realtor, the agent of the room owner,  to tell the situation.

The realtor lodged the complaint about the leakage to the administration office of the condominium.

The condo is a high-class one in KL.

So I first expected a quick solution.

But a comedy began.

On April 16, the administration office lady, with two plumber guys, visited my room.

Opening the middle of the shower-toilet room, they looked into the backside of the ceiling.

They said it might be a leakage from the upper floor room.

And they went to see the room, leaving the shower problem as it was.

Second useless inspection and a strange message

On April 27, another trio from the office came after I lodged another complaint.

That time they said they could not do anything and needed to call a specialist plumber.

OK, I will wait for it, I said.

Nothing happened.

On May 3, the realtor texted the office to ask about the situation.

A strange message came back from them, saying the shower was fixed..

   

I check the shower.

The water became a little stronger and enough to wash my body.

But the power of water was less than half of it before.

It remained difficult to clean the shower room with the shower hose.

And the stain on the ceiling continued to spread slowly.

Again I told the realtor to lodge the third complaint.

A week has passed and nothing happened.
