Short Visit to Singapore

Three Hour Flight Delay to Singapore

 I flew to Singapore to see my friend from Tokyo. He is an editor at one of the major publishers in Japan, and came to Singapore with a professor and a journalist to do on-site research for a book.

It is a one hour flight from KL to Singapore, and my original plan was to join them at around noon. But my flight was delayed three hours and we got together at around four pm. Though we, including myself, had no access to phones, the three guys waited for me at my hotel which I had told to the editor. 

As the guys were flying back to Tokyo that night, we went back to the Changi Airport and ate dinner there.

It was a short time but a fun meeting for me.

National Museum of Singapore

I stayed alone in Singapore. On October 30, I visited the National Museum of Singapore for the first time.

The display there was very much similar to the national museum of Malaysia. 

But the Singaporean museum facilities is of better quality than Malaysian counterpart.
